We are a logistics company with offices in the U.S. and China, providing international logistics services to clients worldwide.

Office Location: Near Peachtree Corners, GA 30092

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

Key Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) – fluent spoken and written skills required
• High school diploma or associate degree in business or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent customer service orientation with high attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer/typing skills
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or have valid legal residency status

What We Offer (for Full-Time Staff):
• Health insurance reimbursement of up to $300 per month after 90 days of employment
• 401K plan (pending) after 1 year of employment

• Monday through Friday work schedule
